The Montello is a long flat hill along the Piave river, in the DOC area of Prosecco. It belongs to the Consorzio dei Colli Asolani e Montello that is an area of the Prosecco region. The history touched hardly the Montello during the World War I, but the Montello has also a long history from the Middle Age.
